Catechumenate

  Catechumenate begins January 20th and will meet every Wednesday at 6:00 PM until Feb 10th. Catechumenate is an annual class where we explore foundational teachings in Lutheranism and Christianity in general. This year, texts from Martin Luther will be paired with Black liberation theology texts: James Cone’s The Cross and the Lynching Tree, and William Jennings’s Christian Imagination. All are welcome to join this class, both those who have been in Catechumenate before and newcomers.
